Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and beautiful in your dress, providing a seamless process for any necessary returns or exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal within 30 days of delivery and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping bag.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
